FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING
OF THE PRESIDENT AND THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF ORLAND HILLS, ILLINOIS
FOR JULY 20, 2010
Administrator Daly called the hearing to order at 7:55 p.m. Clerk Burke called the roll with the following results. Present: President Kyle Hastings (7:59), Clerk Burke, Trustees: Gnech, Hanley, Janachowski, Morrison, Roti and O’Neill, Administrator Daly, Attorney Zale, Building Commissioner Ennesser, Chief Scully. Absent: none. Administrator Daly announced that the purpose of the hearing was to provide public input to the Appropriations Ordinance being considered by the Village Board at the Regular Board Meeting, later this evening. Administrator Daly explained that the Ordinance had been on file in the Clerk's Office since June 18, 2010. He further explained that proper legal notice had been published in the Southtown newspaper. He then explained that the Appropriations were the same as the prior year. He then explained that the Finance Committee reviewed the Appropriations and approved recommendation, thereof, on July13, 2010, at the regular monthly Committee Meeting. Administrator Daly asked for input from the Village Board, and none was offered. Administrator Daly asked for input from the Public at 7:56 PM and none was offered. Administrator Daly asked for input from the Public at 7:58 PM and none was offered. Mayor Hastings asked for input from the Public at 8:00 PM and none was offered.
